With main line access to London, the area is an ever more popular choice for commuters.

Local schools, both state and private, achieve exceptional results and the NHS services are modern and close by. Battle’s picturesque high street is an interesting mixture and the town is well served by leading supermarkets.

We are 6 miles from the sea at Hastings, with Rye, Bexhill and Eastbourne our other nearest neighbours.

The Battle of Hastings re-enactments, medieval fairs and
the late night Christmas shopping are events that provide
great entertainment. We cannot end this without
mentioning our famous Battle bonfire night, where the
whole town celebrates together... miss this and miss out.
